CAPITAL RAISING

Regarding capital raising, you have the option to utilize cash or, in select regions including the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and certain parts of Latin America, monetize existing assets through Liquid Gold's physical asset monetization (PAM) service. Assets such as land, real estate properties, transportation, power plants, or manufacturing facilities are eligible for consideration. Additionally, if you possess assets valued at $100 million or more and bank with an institution rated 'A' or better, you may issue a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) for monetization and subsequent trade participation.

It's important to note that due to the fluctuating nature of programs under $10 million, cash is the preferred option for placements between $1 million and $9 million. Liquid Gold offers its PAM program for those with assets below $10 million. However, if the cash realized from the asset exceeds $10 million, immediate entry into an MT799 program is enabled, where funds remain 'blocked' in your account for the duration of the trades, managed by a leading global institution.

The utilization of funds generated from your trades should be treated as profits in your accounting, without any associated equity commitment or debt liability. For miners facing capital constraints, in-ground assets can be monetized to finance mining operations, subject to specific requirements detailed in the Preliminary Enquiry Form.

INVESTORS

Investors can expand their investable capital base by engaging in trade placements, with their capital remaining secure and available for the trading cycle with a Swift MT799. Profits can be directed to designated accounts as desired.

What fees will I be responsible for?

  • For asset collateralization, there are zero upfront out-of-pocket fees. A one time $250k retainer is paid from initial proceeds after closing, as well as an ongoing 2% treasury management fee. This TMF is paid from dividends earned on annual basis, and are not out-of-pocket to the asset holder.
